Mrs Mopps Cleaning Services was formed in 2008 and initially started with two domestic customers and one commercial customer. We developed the motto “Where quality counts and the customers matter” as we started to gain more clients. This, as we continue expanding on a daily basis is as true today as when we first started.
In 2011 we became a Limited Company and from there became known as Mrs Mopps Cleaning Services Limited. We now boast a busy day to day order book with most of our clients being weekly. We believe we go further with our services than other cleaning companies and we are one of a select few companies listed on the Calderdale social care and wellbeing hub, offering cleaning and home help services to elderly and disabled clients. A bit about how we charge our clients
We provide cleaning on the following basis and costs (Please note that we charge up to and inclusive of the first hour and then in half hourly slots.)
- 1 hour = £15.84
- 1.5 hours = £23.76
- 2 hours = £31.68
- and so forth ……….

The safety of ALL our clients is paramount
We take the safety of all our clients very seriously, whether a business or an individual. This is one of the reasons we were chosen to be approved providers for individuals with special needs such as the elderly and disabled through Calderdale Adult Health And Social Care Unit. It is also one of the reasons we get so many recommendations from existing clients both commercial and individuals alike.
We do, where possible, provide the SAME cleaning operative on every visit, so you can feel secure in the knowledge that we do not pass your alarm number or house key around our team, or worse still, have different people visiting you that you do not know.
For your safety and peace of mind, we will always let you know if your regular cleaner is sick or on holiday. If it isn’t your normal cleaning operative and you haven’t been informed that they are on sick or on holiday then DO NOT LET THEM IN.
Should your cleaning operative be on holiday or sick you will be informed and offered a replacement. It is your choice to either accept the replacement or cancel your call for that visit. You will not be charged for a canceled call.
We’re flexible and here for you!
We understand that you may go on holiday, have doctors or hospital appointments and we will rearrange our cleans so that these appointments are always met. You will not be charged for a canceled call.
